First time clients should plan to arrive a few minutes early. Please ensure you arrive on time for your massage. If you are late, your time may be cut short in order to maintain our schedule. If I am running late, you will receive your full appointment time.
All massages are by appointment only. Online, you can REQUEST an appointment time. We will either confirm that time or ask you to choose another date/time if there is a conflict. You will receive a confirmation email when your appointment is accepted as well as one the day prior to your appointment.
I accept cash, checks and prepaid gift certificates in the office. If you wish to pay with a credit card or Paypal, that option is available when you book your appointment. All major credit cards are accepted prior to the massage.
Have a gift certificate? Please bring it with you and treat it like cash!
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel an appointment. 24 hours is appreciated. In the unlikely event that I would need to cancel, I will also give you as much notice as I can.
NO SHOWS will lose the value of the gift certificate and will not be able to redeem at another time. Although I do not charge for a missed appointment, a “no call / no show” will be asked to not reschedule..
